I would like to know from those who are following Long Wheat Treatment, their experiences, progress so far, etc.
Mr. Appachen, Please go through my Posts - BLOOD TEST REPORT, 13 days ago. I think its working for me. But follow the exact method which Mr. George suggests. Perhaps, his method works faster.

Hey Swamyonline, I know you are posting your day to day results with your daily diet. It's hard for me to follow the info from different blogs. I am not asking you to post any numbers in this reply .The only thing I want to know is that if you see any drop in your sugar levels compare to the levels before you started the diet. Thanks
Hi 634shy,
I posted my daily routine (only for initial few days) just to ensure that I am doing the right thing. By seeing my activities others may suggest me any points, if there are any, which would be very helpful.
I don't think I can help you if you find it hard to follow info from different blogs. My posts are meant for all the users and in particular to Mr.George, who is monitoring the progress of the LWM diet followers.
Coming to sugar levels after starting LWM, yes there is a significant decrease in my sugar levels. My FBS is constantly around 85-93 and PLBS is swinging in between 140 and 160 as per food that I take in lunch. I decreased medicine dosage (as per doctors suggestion) after starting LWM as my sugar levels are becoming normal. Things are under control now. Let me see for few more weeks with LWM on how my sugar levels are maintained.

Thank you so much, your answer is exactly what I was looking for. As I don't get long wheat here in Canada and it will be only worth making the effort to get it from India if there is positive feed back from the users. Unlike some people I won't say shootergeorge's method is worng without trying it because every grain can have different properties just like sweet potato carb is better than potatos. I'll cut and paste your results in word doc and keep it if I find the long wheat then It'll come in handy. Thanks
Please do keep me updated, Mr. George.
I have to take a Pill every day to keep my blood sugar in control and i would like to get rid of the same.
Thanks and best regards,
Suneil

of diabitia
panchsheel
After getting successful results in experiments, it will take one to two decades to complete various trials & obtain final approval for use among common people there. It will take still more time to come to us in countries like India. To be affordable/economical to common people of the so-called third world countries it may need still more time. By then the existing population may be our grand-children!! I may seem to be a pessimist, but what to do. Even if a million people say the other way, fact will not change.
Happy waiting! Best of luck everyone!!
To remind my friends in this site I had written earlier that I am 74 and has been diabetic for the last 24 years. I started medication with Metformin and then Glynase and then to GlynaseMF. For the last 4 years I am on Huminsulin 50/50. Initially the dosage was nominal but went up in due time. The blood glucose on fasting fluctuated from 118 to 130. Couple of hours after breakfast it varied from 160 to 190. It was then I happen to notice the comments and varied experience of our friends in this site.
Two directions were very impressive. Following medfree I am trying to avoid rice and rice products, sweets, fruits etc. In fact for the last one month I am on Long wheat mash for my dinner as advised by Mr. Shooter George. Couple of Chappathies with Chicken or Fish I used to take for dinner was shifted for breakfast. I am a regular walker for three quarter of an hour as exercise.
The results are astonishing. The Glucose level started coming down and I too started reducing Insulin by 2 units a week. Today I found my fasting sugar as 100 and post breakfast 116. The insulin dose is now 11 before breakfast and 20 before Dinner. I hope that I will ultimately be able to discontinue medicines for ever. Thanks to 'Health Unlocked' and the friends therein. .
Dear all,
I am hopeful sooner or later we will find diabetes will be curable in spite of majority of the modern doctors' and pharmacutical companys' unjust and unethical propaganda that it can only be controlled etc.
I was caught in their net 22 years ago and started with a pill.Till a few months ago I was taking 104 units of insulin (mixard) besides pills! Still diabetes was not in control. Since a few months I am following LCHC and my sugar is almost in control. I am reducing medication progressively now with encouraging results. I shall publish my progress report soon.
