Avoid consumption of alcohol.

Triglyceride levels are also reduced by moderate exercise[9] and by consuming omega-3 fatty acids from fish, flax seed oil, and other sources.

Consult your doctor & try taking any statin with fenofibrite combination. A good and reasonably priced drug is Zivast F. Of course Omeha 3 & physical activity would help immensely.

If you had checked triglyceride level after exercise or when you are dehydrated, level will go up. Drink lot of water.

USE OF allopathic medicine "TONEACT TG 500".-ONE DAILY AFTER BREAK FAST

DAILY EARLY MORNING TAKE A SINGLE PIECE OF RAW GARLIC WITH HOT WATER.

DAILY BRISK WALK 20 MINUTES.This helped me control triglycerates or bad cholestrol

well the ingredients are same as Toneact Tg, the company OZONE is good, so I feel results should be also same. I take plain Atorvastatin, and am happy. Yes garlic is a good help to have a controlled Lipid profile.

What happens in case one is taken prescription statin in any combination?

quite simple, reduce your fat intake to 2or 3 teaspoonful of unsaturated vegetable oils a day, and keep away from all animal fat, like butter, ghee and full cream milk, dalda.

Reduce your overall carbohydrate intake to low levels since your body can make fat out of that also

I agree with medfree, please do not take any STATIN and combination with fibrate is more dangerous .Change in life style and diet will do the trick.Good luck.
