sanjaybajaj: I first reversed IGT range in 2005. In 2009 it was full blown (A1C 11.3%) but came in IGT range in about 4 weeks. Early this year (Jan 2014)it peaked to 11.6% and once again through diet and exercise regimen, it is now 6.0%. I am coming onto 62 and at all these three occasions I took no drugs, not even metformin. Twice I have put my diet/exercise regimen on this forum in the past few months and emailed it to perhaps 200 members you asked me for a printable copy. I have responded to your post because what you have said makes sense to me.

Thanks. I perceive that the current value is 28 for every 1%. I enquired because I got confused with term eAG. Thanks once again Medfree.
