I am 46 year old having sugar level 185 mg/dl (after meal)-is it good or bad ?? If bad plz suggest how to reduce it.

Fasting blood sugar (FBS) should be less than 100 mg/dL.
Postprandial blood sugar (PPBS) should be less than 140 mg/dL. Your PPBS is high normal but not very high.
Eat less food more times in a day.
walk for 15 minutes after taking each meal.
Eat more foods that contain fiber. Fiber diet slows down the release of sugar in the blood. Good sources of dietary fiber include:--
* Whole grains
* Nuts and seeds
* Fruit and vegetables

Swap starchy, sweet as well as root_vegetable intakes/foods by Triticum_Dicoccum/Emmer/Long/Samba/Chamba/Oosi/Suve//Khapli/Lal/Lambe/Jave/Pedda/Makka/Poduvu/Baal_waale/Javi/Yob/Sharbathi Wheat for one month to see some change in your Blood Sugar levels.
Just limit your carb to max 100 mg in a day and add lot of fruits, raw veg for example cucumber radish, carrot, tomato etc and eat dry fruits. A veg diet is the best. Do some exercise walking is the best at least 30 mts 6 days a week.
