You started with PP 160, now with medicine it is 196 - 216 and without medicine is 256. It shows that your illness is increasing as time passes. What you are doing is partially correct, because you had been avoiding sweets. It is not sufficient.

You have to either take medicines regularly or follow LWMDR which cured my diabetes in three years. I too was diagnosed diabetic in 2006 but by 2009 it was cured & from 2009 onwards I am on normal diet with all values normal.
