178mg PP today,using Human Mixtard Insulin 24 before B/fast,26 before Dinner, sitagliptin phosphate 50 mg glycomat1gm pioglitazone daily.

I am Diabetic since 26 year, my sugar level is fluctuating much i.e 88 to 188 mg with in a week although alci show 5.6. I am under treatment form FORTIS HOSPITAL MOHALI (Dr. Murtlidharman) Kindly advise me how to minimise these prescription and sugar level remain in control.

Please check with your Doctor to continue pioglitazone as now it is banned medicine, since Indian Medical Society revealed that it gives adverse side effect. Govt of India banned this medicines at present.
