I am diabetic for last 14 years and taking glycol ate GP 1 after breakfast around 11am and glycomate GP2 with dinner at night between 8 to 9 pm. In the morning I take 1 or 2 cup of tea with very little sugar. And lunch at 2 to 2.30 pm.

As long as one is diabetic, should not eat sweet items or fruits. This is the law of nature. It can not & should not be violated. You & your family members may be violating that law.

Please give your FBS, PPBS & HbA1c results. Also tell height, weight, details of food/drink intake like what, when & how much from one morning to next morning; that only will give a picture of your state for any one to give you some specific advice.

Diabetes is a fundamental disorder. It is comparable with low voltage in an electric circuit. In both cases all connected subsystems will under-perform and will fail in due course. It will affect SEX life also, if diab is not contained. Diab impairs the glucose (SUGAR) & oxygen supply to ALL CELLS of the patient. You cannot compensate the resultant weakness with liquor, food or medicines.
