Avoid banana, mango and pineapple. You can eat eat all fruits such as apple, orange, grapes on moderation, papaya, watermelon (a part), etc. (one fruit per day)

If you are adopting insulin therapy, you can take all fruits in a limited quantity. If you taking anti-diabetic pills, you should be cautious. Sometimes blood sugar levels may shoot up.

The production of insulin in the human body varies from one individual to another. Hence consumption of fruits should be checked with blood sugar level daily.

Fasting blood sugar level must be less than 100 mg/dL and 2 hour post-prandial blood sugar level should be less than 140 mg/dL.

Skip fruits altogether. Definitely don't eat mangoes and then to assuage that guilt, eat curd thereafter :-) Fruits spike your blood sugar and are hence best avoided by diabetics.
