It all depends on the kind of food you have taken,how much you have eaten,what was the interval between meals,the level of physical activity and so on.I agree,that sometimes it does look mysterious.We should be prepared for the eventualities.If you are perspiring without reason and also shaking it could be hypo.Better eat some food immediately to restore sugar balance.You can have some sweets or fruit juice but slowly in smaller quantities.Once balance is restored,stop eating sweet stuff and go for a regular meal.It is a tricky matter.

When blood pressure falls below normal level, you may perspire excessively. Diabetic persons do not feel chest pain when heart attack occurs (silent heart attack). Excessive perspiration without a known cause may be a symptom of heart attack.
