I am 32 yrs old diagnosed with diabetes in pregnancy having Acrtrapid in pregnency after delievry my sugar level was normal. after one month it again boosted up. currently I am on Mixtard should i breast feed my baby. he is 2 months old?

Insulin is not excreted into human milk. Breast-feeding, however, may decrease insulin requirements, despite the need for increased caloric intake. Careful observation of increased maternal caloric needs and maternal blood glucose levels are needed.
