Its in my family History. MY Fasting is 145 and PP is 194 right now. Its being fluctuate every week. Some times fasting is 114 and PP is 145 is around that. I am taking Wingosmet 500 mg one tablet in morning and night. What should I do to keep it normal ?

I am diabetic since last 25 years. I was detected diabetes at the age of 38 and I had a family history as my mother was a severe diabetic. I suggest you to But at ensure that a) calorie intake to be limited to around 1800 per day constituting major part as protein say 50% and nearly 20% complex corbohydrates say wholegrains and rest unsaturated fats containing omega3 b) Daily allowance may be distributed in 6 meals 3 major and 3 minor c) Regular exercise such as brisk walk for 30 to 40 minutes d) Regular medicines prescribed by Doctor e) smoking strictly No and alcohol if taken in moderation say one to one and half peg of 30 ml maximum on one occasion and not more than 2-3 times a week f) No binging on food and drinks take small quantities only g) snacking strictly on salt free nuts such peanuts, almonds etc. or piece of fruit.
