Eagerly waiting for your diet chart , however , i have consulted to Apollo, Bhubneshwer odisha for medication only.

There is no such thing as a diabetic diet chart.A diabetic should be conscious of what he is eating and also how much he is eating.Essentially you should avoid foods that are rich in carbohydrates like sugar, sweets, very sweet fruits like mango, banana etc and root vegetables like potato, beet, sweet potato etc.Eat more greens, vegetables and sprouts that give you vitamins, minerals and fiber. One should be aware as to how much food he is eating and involve in physical activity and exercise so that the food you have eaten is not excessive.Moderation is the key. Also have more number of meals with lesser quantities so that your over all intake during the day is moderate. You have to work out a meal plan yourself depending on your taste and habits, but keeping the above suggestions in mind.
