my ppbs is above 400 , how can reduce this level?

Anup has rightly suggested, visit hospital without delay; get insulin shots immediately; best would be to visit Hrishikesh/Haridwar and that's Baba Ramdev's Campus and udnergo total,exhaustive treatment there; if you're monetarily well-off, just take a break; stop being materialistic; pray, meditate, do Yoga and all of Patanjali Yogpeeth's medicines are good for diabetes or other ailments/diseases too; also stay cool, relaxed, always calm; material wnats, more aspirations are source of tension; if you are a CONTENT person, just be jovial, smile, take care of parents and grand-parents, if any; serve them well; don't scold them, takes things in their stride; there were times when my PPBS was between 330 and 400. I have woken up in LIFE; take medication seriously; don't ignore consequences get in touch with 2 or 3 specialists and then after consultaiton, stick to one Doctor and take medicines per schedule.
