there are more knowledgeable information providers, diabetics and public in general who would be best to respond; however, form whatever surfing and browsing have done over the Net, various forums and blogs, etc. I feel it'd be better if in-take of non-veg. food is curtailed to barest minimum; possibly fish and as suggested by many, Low Carbohydrates High Fat diet suffices; cheese, eggs, mild, dairy products, butter etc. would do but avoid red meat; latter is responsible for high levels of different diseases including ailments of the heart, etc. many abnormalities associated i.e. discrepancies and abnormal health reports due to non-veg. Food. Plenty of fruits with exception of few that have high sugar content, plenty of green salads/vegetables, etc. would be best. Cut down drastically carbohydrates/wheat and do as advised by dietician/nutritionist and consult your family physician as well; always!!!!!!!!!! Take medications promptly per schedules; exercise daily; avoid tension/stress and just pray, meditate, remain cool & calm. Serve your parents and if you have the wealth enjoy it; take them to various int. Destinations, holy pilgrimage, etc. serve them, take their blessings, God will serve you, look after you, good luck! Avoid friends; they’re biggest source of tension; futile wasting time with friends; do something productive in life. We’re all acquaintances in life; real friends just difficult to find these days, in this ‘kaliyug’.
