Madam,

I am 52 & also diabetic. I believe, one should not be deprived from these rear happiness which is seasonal. If you are on medication, then you can have one small slice 7 enjoy the aroma of mango more. Life is to be enjoyed. Pl. don't neglect your doctors advice. God bless you.

I am a diabetic patient,63, I eat mango every day for full season 15-4 to 30-5 but get extra exersie. BS goes higher by 15 to 20. It increases satisfaction by 20 to 30.

Not advceable to eat mango. You may however taste it in small quantity occasionally.

Yes you need to avoid mango, banana, grape, pomegranate, jack , seethapal, orange

any more sweetened fruits. Just to take one or two small slices may be ok., occasionally to taste these seasonal fruits.
