I am taking diamicron xr60 , glycomet 1gm, and onglyza, recently I was also advised to take 10 units of lenctus insulin. Now if some medicines are to be reduced or say if my blood sugar levels come under control , what should I prefer to drop insulin or pills . And which will have less side effects

Tablets are continued with insulin. Insulin is preferable. But if it has started recently by better lifestyle you can get rid of it.
