Operation/surgery for diabetes

Dear friends,

Please advice me that about the surgery as a treatment for the diabetes .Is it a success one?

Can I avoid taking insulin daily.What is the cost for it

No it is not a long term solution. LCHF DIET is.

simple i did not do any sugery. just following lchf diet all my diabetes problem solved. it is your choice eat dangorous medicines or try nice veg dish and control.

Barriatic surgery is no treatment for diabetes or obesity. When everything fails only then surgery is resorted to. Please go for high starch low fat vegan diet. No carb or calorie count. Wonderful treatment for curing diabetes.

Have you tried it and if yes for how long have you been on this diet? What's your diet, drugs you take, PPBS, FBS and A1C?

for a diabetic patient it is common sense that high carb kills. in this world people have not even common sense!!!!

Sense which is so uncommon. Carb is natural food for body, but proper selection of carb to be made. It is high fat which is harmful.

There are more than 72 studies which have proved that High Fat on LOW CARB is great. There's absolutely no proof available that Low Carb High Fat is bad. Proper selection of carbs for 60% carbs is just not possible without spiking blood glucose hard.

yes, common sense is not common. I am not saying not to take carb. i take 105 gms of good carbs from vegetarian stuff. Buy guiding D people to eat more carbs means indirectly killing or making more rogi(patient). we must try to help one another not to harm buy false guidance. Who ever doing is doing bad to humanity.

How many people are go benifited by medfree and lchf diet. He is like a GOD for me. he givien me a new lease of life.

here in this form missued. poor d patient comes now and worly guideed. like bad medical doctors says eat more rice, banana etc. so that they will get premanent D patient for ever. same thing is doiing 2 or 3 old people in this form. it is not helping diabetes people but simply time pass and killing them. so sad. good that lots of good people joined dlife.com. at least they are saved.

Atma, it is great you get 105 gram carbohydrates from vegetable sources. I want to give up roti and Quaker Oats but do not know how? Can you please put out the items and quantities that give you 105 grams daily?

The only thing to which I agree when you say that we should help each other and not misguiding them. Having said that rest of the things are simply politicising the the issue,based on ignorance,I am not saying connivance. It all leaves bad taste and creates misunderstanding .please think with open mind and before becoming judgemental try to understand what is others point of view. If you die for a cause that does not make cause right. So please confine yourself to the subject and avoid uncalled for comments.

How is anyone talking in favor of lchf or medfree politicizing the issue. medfree helped huge number and that's a fact that cannot be called politics and atma has stated his opinion as one of the many.

If one dies hating and talking against LCHF, then it does not make the cause right. And, if one starts insulting and abusing then the cause is no more a cause but a ego driven mission where all sanity during a discussion is lost.

sorry patliputra. i don't agree with you. we can share useful information with others. it should not be confined to oneself. many people on this forum are very knowledgeable and they first test themselves then share with others. i don't know why you are against low carb and high fat diet. i first experiment myself then share the information with others. i don't follow any thing blindly.

From where you have formed opinion that I am against Lchf,I do not know.perhaps you also fell prey to wrong and mischievous propaganda. Show me I single post where I have opposed this diet.

Knowledge is not a slave of few.why not a single person come forward to explain what is Lchf .
