Have you talked with your doctor about the medications? When was your last appointment? What was your blood sugars recently? What was your A1c?

Not only medicine control diabetes.

Control your diet.Less carbohydrates.

For.eg. breakfast 3 idlies only,at 11 am 100 GM's veg salad, lunch 2 roti and veg,4 pm 1 guava (unriped),6 pm cup of tea with 2 digestive biscuits and for dinner 3 idlies or 2 roti.No rice at any time.

Most important is exercises and walk.

Morning walk 45 mins,

Evening walk 45 mins

Night walk after dinner 30 mins

For the rest of your life.

I control My sugar following this.

If still your dia uncontrolled follow

Dr.M V Prasad diabetic exercises in you tube..Long live.

In my knowledge and experience Diabetics is not a disease but a symptom of a serious health problem.

One can go thro complete health check including a pet scan

Do yourself a favour and watch this, it's really worth it.

Pretty good. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your video link, in UK Daily Mail is publishing good food guide for type T2, please take a look. If you are in India, you have all the fresh veg you need to control your T2.

Look for over ground veg.

you are taking full doses of oral tablets along with unnecessary unsafe products like pantaprazole and thioglitazone.

go to your general physician.not endocrinologist and up regulate your insulin levels to safely titrate your sugar.

Your diet may be the problem

Try low carb high fat diet

Your sugar reading may improve
