For.eg. breakfast 3 idlies only,at 11 am 100 GM's veg salad,lunch 2 roti and veg,4 pm 1 guava (unriped),6 pm cup of tea with 2 digestive biscuits and for dinner 3 idlies or 2 roti.No rice at any time.
Most important is exercises and walk.
Morning walk 45 mins,
Evening walk 45 mins
Night walk after dinner 30 mins
For the rest of your life.
