Can attest to the fact that it didn't work for severe RLS. (for which I use Neupro and sometimes Sinemet). Should I find a variety that's effective I will post - since there are several common pharmaceuticals between PD and RLS. It might even be worse, after having high hopes crushed. (no pun intended). Would love to learn if anybody finds better results than I.

I find a cig now and again helps calm things down. Did hear somewhere smoking the odd fag can help. Sounds mad but then the American indians used smoking to get carma. Somehow cant see Sitting Bull chasing buffalow with a fag in his mouth .! lol

MY thought on this is WHY when I don't need added sedation would I choose to be "stoned" I wokr so hard at being sharp and clear headed , seems to me the answer to the question is easy, IT IS ILLEGAL and I DON"T LIKE BEING IN PRISION! The pd is bad enough imagine being confined with the disease ? beyond having freezing spells............hard enough to live with dying brain cells why cause more to die?? KADIE

I am a long time pot smoker. Quit years ago when I quit smoking. Medical marijuana is a blessing. Started only with edibles. Chocolate chip cookies at bedtime allow me to sleep up to seven hours with only one bathroom break. I used to only sleep in two hour stretches.

The effects cannot be worse than all the prescription drugs I am taking. Just saying, and I'm 14 years sober. Don't want to be stoned, just able to relax and be out of pain.

The right strain of legal (MMJ) cannabis can knock out a tremor faster than sinemet.

Indica is the best result I have found. It has relaxing and sedative qualities. A dispensary

would call these types ie., kush. We are blessed that here in Colorado MMJ with red card is

completely legal and sometimes it's nice not to have to down so many RX pills. Good at night when I know I won't be going out and helps me sleep too.

Here in Colorado MM is legal and i have my card. It helps with the tremor and helps me sleep if I use the right strain. Sativa does not handle the tremor or reduce pain or affect freezing, it only makes me hungry. Indica blends of 60% OR MORE helps. It reduces freezing and tremors. 80% OR MORE Indica relieves pain and puts me to sleep. I dont use unless nothing else is working and I never smoke it. I consume it in brownies or cookies but it took a long to to figure out dose when eating it.
