I used the patch and it was horrible. I ended up worse than when I first went to the Neurologist when I didn't know I had Parkinsons.

I have been using Neupro patch for one year. No side effects. Very positive results. FYI:The glue on the patch can irritate. I use hydrogen peroxide to clean. Then I use hand creme. Go to Neupro.com Get discount card.

Same for me. I just started using 1 mg Neupro transdermal patch per 24 hour period (in combination with Levo) and it has eliminated what had been severe foot and leg cramps. Have noticed other beneficial effects also, like reduced anxiety and improved overall lucidity. I've been taking it for about a week.

right now my dad cant balance or walk or do daily living things like putting pants on without alot of effor t and time. I hope it helps him with that stuff. I am starting to lose

as I said in another thread "I didn't get on with DAs, they made me fat +20kg and gave me oedema and ended up in hospital. A couple of months before I had changed to Neupro patches and had problems with being hairy and sweaty, this peaked in the hot hospital when they kept falling off and the nurses locked them away (if it falls off you use a new patch). I ended up immobile. they weren't for me really. tip I got: use a 3M Tegaderm Plaster (oversize) on top of the patch for extra adhesion

i'm on stalevo now - other side effects are crappy but much better now - and a lot lighter!"

Thanks I spoke to my dad doctor and he is starting him on 2mg. He was confident that it would work and not cause any issues.
