Budenofalk withdrawal

I’m reducing my Budenofalk granules 8 week course. I’ve been taking the sachet every other day and now every third day and have three days of sachets left but these side effects are horrid. Flare of bowel, headaches, aching, nausea, awful acid reflux and throwing up bile/acid.

Any tips for managing? Or how long it lasted?
