Adalimumab Side Effects?

So a few months ago I started taking Adalimumab for Crohn's and it seemed to be working OK.

Then 6 weeks ago I started getting a pain in the left side of my chest and my left arm, which then slowly spread to my left leg, back and neck.

In the last week it seems to have really increased in intensity and has now started spreading to the other side of my body.

After going down a bit of a heart attack/blood clot/sepsis rabbit hole, just wondering, could the Adalimumab be causing this?

Have you told your Gastro team or GP about this? I think it needs checking out in case you're reacting to the drug, or not.
