need advise on pain relief spent 9days in hospital chronic pain and runs got colonoscopy Thursdays not taking pain relief except paracetamol and buscapan

doesn't touch me I'm not eating now to prevent the constant pain still going to the loo with pain and runs my sister has chrones anyadvise welcome
