Really anxious

I have had really bad crohns flare up since I had the covid vaccine. Just can't get things under control no matter what I try.

Fluctuating between extreme constipation or diarrhoea my diet is so restricted as I suddenly can't tolerate lots of food items extreme fatigue.

Don't know if it's just a coincidence but really anxious about having the covid booster but due to taking azathioprine my immune system is extremely compromised so really can't risk not having it. Can anyone offer any advice.
