Stomach pain and change in bowel movements

Hello everyone, am new to the group and firstly I want to apologise for uploading the pictures. I have been suffering with stomach pain in my lower right stomach now for a good few months. It's a pain that I can only describe as a dull ache, stabbing pain at times. I've now noticed my bowel movements have changed over the last month and its got me very anxious and nervous. I've gone from having solid bowel movements till having very smelly mushy ones with trice a day. Could this be linked to my stomach pain ?? Ive gone the doctors and my bloods were OK and I've also sent stool samples which am waiting for the results from. After goggleing my symptoms it pointed towards crohn's. Any help or advise would be great as it's driving my crazy

Many different things can cause a change in bowel habits not related to crohns or UC. Get a referral to a gi dr & have the appropriate testing done.

You've done the right thing going to your GP. Bloods are the first step, checking various things including inflammation. Next is the stool sample, so that will also show any inflammation if there is any. It could be just an infection, so don't panic! If there's any concern, they will probably send you for a scan or colonoscopy. Try not to Google too much!

Thank you for replying, I've got my bloods back and they was all fine, so am just waiting on me stool sample results now. I know I shouldn't worry and panic but since I've googled my type of stools am having then it all points to bowel cancer. It's turned me in to a mad man that every time I go the toilet am inspecting it and taking pictures.
