Does anyone get stools like this? Been having them since February. Calprotectin was 900 but now 72 (suffer with colitis) it’s like multi coloured brown stools, first bit always has mucus

I inspected further and it wasn’t black or tarry, was dark brown and the darker bits are a lot more formed and clay like than the lighter bits

Got a routine colonoscopy tomorrow but any feedback would be good

Looks ok to me but I'm no expert. Personally I'd be happy with this as not red or black and tar like. A lot of what your poop colour suggests is what you eat. Plus it's formed you lucky sod!!!

I have pictures of when something isn't right but stopped doing it now. I have enough bloody poop pics to define a problem and worry that if I lose my phone, someone one day will find it, look at these picks and think "wtf... this person is a weirdo".

Taking photos of symptoms can be a good idea as inevitably, at consultations, it's not happening at that time.

Mine looks like that often. I've only been diagnosed with severe EPI, but there's something still undiagnosed because my symptoms don't line up.
