1st appointment after being discharged from hospital.
Didn't get to see consultant jumped up young doc who didn't listen to me!
Discussed biopsies taken when was admitted and wasn't full colonoscopy it was the Flexi and were within normal range so no new meds even though told him ongoing pain on left hand side of adobmen and issues with going to the loo so feeling rather deflated.
So i phoned gp as I ain't going to let it lie and got appointment Saturday morning 9.15 why wouldn't he listen to me 😥 what can I do? Just keep badgering or does it have to end up back in hospital again?!

Unfortunately, all junior doctors have to take time at various disease clinics in order to complete their studies and become "qualified" to deal with patients, either as GPs or, eventually, consultants themselves. Some are just not people orientated, and would be better served doing a research role. If you feel he was particularly anti-patient or in any way rude, then a letter or phone call to the consultant's secretary or PALS office is in order, otherwise just ask not to see this particular doctor again.
