Chronic cough linked to Colitis?

Hello,

For the last few months I have noticed I have a persistent tickly cough which seems to arrive before and during a flare. Recently I have a had a cough for 4 weeks which has increased with a very nasty flare in the last few days. I was wondering whether anyone else found this, whether there is a known link or whether it is just coincidence? I also wondered whether it could be caused by Pentasa?

Thanks

I am currently taking Pentasa after being told I've got a flare coming on, and my throat tickles almost all day every day!!
