Not crohns or colitis?

I’ve posted in the past about having a colonoscopy and having an mri of the small bowel due to the caecal area looking slightly distorted. I’ve received a letter telling me that the biopsies taken during the colonoscopy showed nothing abnormal and that everything looks okay, I’m assuming this means that they’ve found absolutely nothing wrong with me bowel. I’m sure he would have the mri results now and would mention them in the letter if there was an issue? (Mri was 3 weeks ago). I thought it was strange that he didn’t specifically refer to the mri but I wonder if he was meaning that when he said about everything looking fine...?
