blimey I did it....week 9 run 1 ....I was so nervous after all these weeks as I thought it would be so typical of me to have a disaster. However I did it. I have found on the run, I have the death moments, the moments of elation, and those that I feel I just can't do it, I won't make it, failure gremlins. But something in me just keeps going, spurring me on. In the bad moments I swear at those that have hurt me and wow it helps, and in the good moments I feel empowered, confidant and powerful. I guess the running thing for me is actuallly about feeling alive, experiencing every emotion....and pain and passion all in one. Wow, thankyou Laura X

Great blog....well done for getting through W9R1....keep those gremlins at bay you're doing great Mind over a matter is such a big part of this programme. Laura is a little guardian angel that you can curse or praise and she doesn't answer back....she's a star. Keep going Juicy you're nearly there

Good to hear that the end is nigh... for your C25K challenge
Well done, you must be so chuffed! I'm just two outings behind you, so will follow you up those graduation steps when we finally shove every one of those gremlin off and yell to the world ... 'We've done it'. So, so close. Have a great final week. Cheers, Linda x

The end is in sight for us- hooray! XXX
