I'm new here, have never been any good at running, and so I'm amazed to find myself having just finished week 4. : )
I just wondered whether anyone else runs incredibly slowly; literally, only slightly faster than their walking pace? Does running like a tortoise still count? I can finish the whole run if I keep to this slow steady pace; any faster and I just can't cope! I've got asthma which is exercise induced, and it's my breathing that goes if I speed up....
