Wk3 r3 done.....is week 4 as tough as they say?

Feeling really positive to have made it to the end of both 3min runs without giving up (just!) but see from other comments and the poll that lots of people find week 4 quite tough. Any suggestions to get myself mentally prepared would be appreciated!

Well done. You've already come a long way. You should be really proud ! My advice would be to make sure you are well rested, keep thinking of the really great reasons why you are doing this, and try not to dwell too much on the time you need to do next. You'll really surprise yourself that you can, and will, do it. Best of luck- karen

It's tough but it's doable. I completed the second run for week 4 last night and found it a lot easier than the run one. Just take it a step at a time, don't run too fast and believe in yourself. Good luck!

I was anxious about week 4 too, so I know how you feel. The amazing thing is that this program has been thought out so well and it seems to work! Trust it and believe in yourself. I just took it easy, slow and steady, and ended up really enjoying week 4. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Have faith in the plan and yourself. I totally understand where you are coming from but this plan really does seem magic!! I have stuck to it- used all the fabulous support on her and always tell myself 'I can do it don't give up' and miraculously I have arrived at w6 r2. Keep going!!! :) x
