My sister is joining in!

Apparently me harping on about how much I love running now has motivated my little sister (e.g same size but 2 years younger!) to give the C25K podcasts a go too! (and give up smoking!). Her first run is tomorrow. I am VERY excited re this! Hope she loves it and then we can go running together. I even said I didn't mind if she gets better than me and beats me in a race! (and bear in mind I cried for 30 mins once when my husband beat me at chess - I am a bit competitive!!!)

Move over the brownlees! :-)

I have also advised her to get on to this forum for lots of advice and support. I gave her a pair of running socks too! (My generousity know no bounds!) :-)

My excitement is in direct proportion to the number of exclamation marks in this blog. ;-)

Oh, brilliant - but beware the sibling rivalry :D Hopefully she will turn into one of us (evil laugh) and then she will be hooked too!

Ace! Welcome to your sister. I've been telling one of my friends all about the couch25k and now, not only is she starting tomorrow, her mum and sister are up for it too. I feel a bit like a drug dealer ;)

So do I when I suggest doing 'speed'. :-) seriously though its good to spread the word. My only concern is that I don't ''pony club mum' her (I.e extremely pushy bullying parenting style). I just so want her to enjoy it as much as I do!
