Canicross (running with dogs)

Hi

I just wanted to see if there are any people interested in Canicross. I have researched loads but haven't started yet - getting my fitness up!

Hope there are some people I can have doggy chats to!

I run with my border terrier Baxter. Unfortunately he isn't very friendly with other animals so I don't think canicross will work for us. Otherwise is love to try it.

I actually haven't run without the dog, I give him credit for setting my pace.

What dog do you have?

I love border terriers. I have an excitable Labrador who wants to say hello to every dog we see! Not sure how that would work out on a race! She does run with me at the moment, but on an extending lead so she goes at her own pace.
