Have just done W5R3 ran for 20 minutes without stopping - am really chuffed! Never would have thought it possible a few weeks ago. Don't want to get too much ahead of myself but already thinking about doing a 10k run in September. Would be great if I could listen to Laura's dulcett tones while I'm training for it.

Well done on your 20 mins run Unfortunately there are no plans for an NHS 10k podcast, see the link below, but there are many bridge to 10k (B210K) apps and podcasts out there that are being used/have been used by various members of this forum. Maybe some will give a reply to this and tell you what they have used or check the tags for blogs on it, there are plenty!

Sadly, there aren't any Laura B210K podcasts, but there is hope - there's a link in this blog post to the podcasts I'm using.

Samantha's a bit less 'In your face' with the encouragement than Laura, but the music's better and the principle is exactly the same.
Laura does do C25K+ podcasts - one focuses on speed and the other on stamina, so there's plenty to keep you busy once you finish C25K!
