Well I thought my knee was recovered 3 weks ago. Managed 3 runs before it decided it wasn't better after all. Anyway I have been very good and rested for 3 weeks. Seems ok now so I'm going for my first run this morning. Can't decide whether to do week 2 or 3. Not for fitness reasons but to start my knee off gently.
