Don't be dissapointed! Be proud that you're doing it! Honestly, you'll see from other's posts that everyone struggles but we all make progress! You'll be running for 30 minutes if you keep at it in a few weeks time!! It's totally amazing and ive found it gives you so much confidence in yourself

Don't expect too much too soon. This is only Week 1. I only felt I was getting somewhere around Week 3, because then I felt I was doing something I couldn't do before.
There is no rush to complete in 9 weeks. A lot of people have stopped, and gone back a week when it gets tough, but rest assured the plan does work really well.
Pretty much everyone starts this and feels the same, I never thought I'd get past W1 and everything ached so much. Don't be too hard on yourself and take it steadily at your own pace, follow the plan and you'll definitely get there. Last week you were walking and today you have completed W1R1 so your fitness has already improved to be able to do that. Good luck on your journey and don't give up - there are plenty of people to support you here.
