Good Luck to you all on your forthcoming challenge. My excuse for not joining you is 3 or 4 days a week I leave home at 6.30 for work and don't get back til nearly 10pm. Thought about trying to fit something into the lunchbreak but don't feel could guarantee it long term. Maybe once I retire. Look forward to hearing how you all get on.

Ah but then I don't have to go in every day so it's worth it. It actually suits the running quite well as I have enforced rest days and know if I don't go out on my day off there often isn't the option of the next day so it spurs me through the door.
