Open to all. Deadline for registration is Saturday (I think). :-)

Hi Pam here is a link to my recent blog that might help you and give links to the website. You don't need to be a graduate at all and we are looking for our 45th member if you are interested in joining us; you would be very welcome!! ;)

Anyone can join. From 31 March you commit to doing either a 5km run or the equivalent of 30 minutes of exercise for 50 days. The aim is that by the end of it you will embed exercise into your daily routine. Others, more clever than me can provide the link. Join the team and have fun.

I don't think there's a deadline (maybe wrong) - but it starts on Sunday. Don't forget clocks go back too!

Any more to join us are more than welcome! :) All you need to do is be prepared to do 30 minutes of exercise every day for 50 days - if you can run/walk 5k that's fantastic, but if you're still beginning to build a regular exercise habit, like most of us, 30 minutes of almost anything will do - run, walk, cycle, swim, yoga, rock climbing (someone mentioned that!)...

Clocks go forward Greeners, not back, spring forward and fall back :)

Well I knew what I meant! Hope I didn't confuse anyone! :D ''Back'' in the sense of being a bad thing cos we lose an hour... OK I was wrong! But I did know really, as this clock change is near my birthday, and the autumn one is sometimes on my brother's birthday, so he gains an extra hour of birthday - never seemed fair when I was young!

Last minute peek before bed (how sad can you get!) - there are 45 of us now - same number as Weight Watchers! :D Can we get to 50?!

Yay! Are we joint third in numbers now then? Not sad at all, I'm still up as well!

Yep joint third now!! Woo hoo!

Sounds interesting but not sure I can commit right now. Working full time and being a part time law student takes up a lot of my time. Plus undergoing light therapy at hospital and that's taking it's toll right now.

Love to join you but I have to be realistic and don't think it's my year for this. Happy to cheer everyone else on this year though. Maybe next year?

You can wave the pom poms for us! :D See you here next year!

Just signed up. Have been struggling to get out more than once a week recently so this will spur me on to get back into it.

We're now third - broch scotties has 58 members and we have 57! Can we get two more members?

You can still sign up tomorrow (1st April - this is not an April Fool, as far as I know!), but then I think they're closing it to new entries... Hurry, hurry!

Not what you're looking for?
