Woo Hoo! I was on fire today!!!

W3R3 today, started out gently, level 6 on the treadmill, as the runs progressed I warmed up and increased the speed, I ran the last two runs at level 7, then after the last 3 minute walk, I had a good 5 minutes left on the timer. Now I have been worrying about W4 and having to run for 5 minutes, so I though lets try 5 minutes at level 6 and see how long I could run for, nothing to loose. Well I ran the whole 5 minutes and the last minute sprinted at level 8. I am so pleased with myself and looking forward to W4.

  • I don't know what those treadmill levels mean but it sounds like you're way ahead of the game. If you're starting this from the "couch" lelvel then be careful about going too fast and doing more than your body's ready for.
