At 6am a lone figure made his way to the park, nervous, ready to run for twenty minutes for the first time, that being me, this was some of my thought preocess
.........think pace...........not too fast..........focus on breathing..........no focus on pace.............try to relax in to the run................call that a run, more like a quick jog...........half way now.......not too bad...............what is that pain? a stitch........Laura said breath in and push out the stomach to help it go away.............drink some water...........legs hurting..............gulping for breath..............is this nearly over..........you have two minutes left............two minutes, thought it was over........keeep going............come on legs we can do this...................what? thank you Laura for keeping me going that was hard but not as bad as I thought it would be...........
My knees hurt after the run and I coonsidered Lauara advice about re-doing week five, just got to work and I feel good, so I am not going to re-run week five and will start week 6 on Monday.
I feel good that I have got through this mile stone. Have a great weekend every one.

Brilliant :-). Move on for sure when your knees are good to go!. If you did it to the end, you're ready in a couple of days. Well done and keep the faith in the programme going....Looking forward to seeing your WK6R3 blog!
Fantastic, well done you!! Yes, there is no need to repeat it; just rest up those knees over the weekend and take week 6 slow and steady. Before you know it, you will be graduating with honours!
