Well K. (husband) has been told by Doc. that I'm making him walk too hard too soon after his op! So I'm on my own for a few weeks as I've really got the bit between my teeth! I'm starting C25K on Monday without him.....he can just be my chauffeur and then amble round the park. Joined Endomondo this morning so that I can see how much even my walking improves as well as my running next week. Can't believe I can be so excited about running...and exercise in general! I'm making my sons proud!
