Excited!!!!

So excited, it's my graduation run tonight, straight after work at around 5.30pm, lets hope it's not as hot as yesterday!

Just a shame that I can't do the same route I did on Week 1, day 1, as the park I jogged/walked round then has been cornered off to make way for building work. It would have be nice to have started on that route and finished on that route, but I'm sure wherever I decide to complete it, it's going to be fab! OK, nowhere near 5k (my last run (not including the warm up before and after) was 3.8k, and that is fine by me. I am running (slowly) but have my butt off the couch and doing something that makes me feel good!

Bring on Wk 9, run 3!

I hope you have a wonderful graduation run!

How are you going to treat yourself when you've done it?

Oh, I hadn't really though, but now you mention it, I was given a bottle of Bucks Fizz for my 50th birthday last week, so I suppose it would be rude not to open that!

Thank you for your reply as well! Just want to finish work now, so I can get out there and do it! Fancy, me, getting excited about running!

Looking forward to hear how you get on, graduation is 3 weeks away for me, reading other people's stories and successes is a real motivator

Good luck - 5 more runs and I hope to be there too -Enjoy your run - and the celebratory Buck's Fizz afterwards!
