started week 4 today. before i started i was a little concerned about running a total of 16 minutes. started of a little slower than nornal and my first 5 min run was a struggle, but once i got my head in gear and focused it wasnt as bad as i thought it would have beeen,
by the time i had finished my cool down walk i was the other side of the 400m running track, so i continued to walk up round the bend and than SPRINTED home to the start line. it felt AMAZING!! hope you other runners are enjoying this as much as im starting to now xx
