Going back to W4

Had completed the W5R3 earlier however my knee is acting wierd after that run. Decided to take rest for about two weeks and then start over with Week 4 again :-(. Right knee gets a dull pain when I starighten it out completly, now the pain has subsided. I do walks and climb stairs without any pain. Will try Week 4 for a week or two and then move to week 5 if everything is good. Hate this, but better than not running at all !!
