Week 7 done - my story so far recovering from stroke

So I'm now nearly at the 6 month mark following a stroke in September 2012 and couch to 5K has definitely been part of my recovery process. If you remember I had completed couch to 5K last year and was running 5k quite happily when I had a stroke, possibly due to a heart condition I was unaware of. So I started the programme again once I felt well enough (and with my consultant's approval) knowing that it works and had total confidence it would work again. I've just finished week 7 and feel really good about the progress I'm making. It's been a bit tough as I've started back at work part time too, guess what my job is? a stroke research nurse (honestly !) Keep going and trust in the programme, it really works.
