Nine days without a run but still some success!

Hi all. After nine days without a run and having had a rubbish day at work and lots of personal issues, i decided it was time. I managed about four miles which i ran almost all of. I had lots to think about to take my mind off the pain in my knees, which was nice. I am hoping to get out again on Sunday after paying some time on the car :-(. Keep going everyone, Ed x

That's amazing Ed, after 9 days. Well done! Sorry to hear you're going through some personal stuff but I find running is a great stress reliever. Take care of those knees though!

Hi Ed, I'm sorry things are difficult for you at the moment and I hope they improve. I think you did fantastically well - 4 miles after nine days off? Crikey! I hope Saturday goes well, and look after those knees.
