Perfect weather for running - sun shining, but nice and cool

Set out just intending to complete 5k and set a reasonable time to work on in the future. Not only did I knock a good three and a half minutes of my recent PB, but also beat my overall PB of 33.47, which my Garmin told me I set last April (before I gave up running after 3 months) a time which, since starting up again, I never thought I'd be able to achieve.

Living in the Welsh hills, it's hard to find a flat route, so just had to do four laps of the least hilly roads I could find. I'm pretty sure my last PB was set by running around a field, which would have been flatter and easier on the legs (but not much perpetration for a road half marathon, as I found out to my cost last year!)

Just need to work out where the heck I could shave another 2:21 off now!

Wow, well done! that's a huge improvement in your PB, keep going up and down those hills and then run one on the flat, that'll save you a bit of time i'm sure! Good luck!
