crazy week, lots of traveling and interviews and time with friends, but I did the last two week 4 runs and I feel good. This wasn't an easy week and i still fight with my breathing a bit, but i find myself settling into the runs and while i am never sad to hear Laura say i can walk again, I'm sometimes surprised. i am excited for week 5. three different podcast episodes with different music and intervals sounds like a good change of pace (pun intended). progress feels good. week 5 to start on Tuesday.

Welcome to week 5!!! I found once I quit concentrating so hard on my breathing, it was better! Once my breathing was better, I could get into a rhythm. Just try to relax when you run, easier said then done. Gayle
