Well, I went and did my Sneaky Peek run around the Parkrun course, while listening to Laura's Stepping Stones, not as windy as my last run but still snowflakes to keep me cool!
I got a bit off track, cut some corners I think, ended up ankle deep in mud and then stuck in brambles - bleeding for my sport now! Anyway, with my slightly dodgy route I somehow ran 4.7k... so close but so far!
Loads of people around, had very friendly staffy try to knock me off my feet; and strange looks from other drivers as I drove home with my sweaty, bright beetroot face!
Will definitely register and take the plunge into joining other runners soon, aiming for March 16th to give me a few weeks to improve with Laura!
Does standing on freezing kitchen floor barefoot scrubbing my muddy trainers in cold water , before even turning the kettle, on prove I am now running obsessed? They just have to be dry for my next run in Tuesday!

Yes I think that counts! I think that if you think 'running' and smile, that makes you a 'runner' in my book.
I went back and had another go at my parkrun route today - and managed to miss the end! Somehow ran past the turnoff, so I ended up doing an extra half km. Still, I managed to run the whole thing (no walks this time) and it would have been faster if I'd gone the right way!
